Bayshore offers extensive PC & hardware repair services usually with a lightning fast 24-72 hour turnaround time! Our technicians are experienced with numerous brands of computers and peripherals, including Apple Macintosh and Windows/Intel machines. At this time we do not service printers.

Repair Services

Windows/Intel Computer Repair   –   We can perform non-warranty repairs on all desktop and laptop models.

Apple Computer Repair   –   We can perform warranty, AppleCare, and out-of-warranty repairs on nearly all Macintosh models and peripherals.

Upgrades   –   Whether you need more memory, a larger hard disk, or want to add a new peripheral, our technicians can help you determine the best and most cost-effective way to upgrade your machine. Bayshore keeps memory in stock for virtually all Macintosh and Windows/Intel desktop computers. Other items can be ordered upon request.

Parts   –   Bayshore stocks a wide selection of cables, power strips, ethernet cards, USB hubs and switches, and some PC parts so you won’t have to travel far to get what you need.

Hours and Policies

We are open for PC dropoff and pickup Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (except weekends & holidays). Repair services are available on a first-come, first-served, carry-in basis. Bring your computer equipment to the eighth floor (Suite 807) of the Wells Fargo building and check it in at our tech desk welcome area. We are conviently located directly in downtown Orlando, FL.

If you are unable to drop off your hardware to our office we do offer pickup and delivery services for an additional $75.00 fee. Pickup and delivery services are only available in the greater Orlando area not exceeding 25 miles from our downtown Orlando offices and during business hours only.

Repair Time

Turnaround on repair work is generally one to three business days, depending on workload. Since there are so many different system configurations, some parts require ordering after a problem is diagnosed, which usually takes from two to four business days for delivery. You will be called when the work has been completed, and can pick up your PC or hardware at our office.

Rates

Upgrades and out-of-warranty repairs are charged on a time-and-materials basis. The current labor rate is $60 per hour. All RAM only upgrades are charged a flat installation fee of $20. There is a $50 fee for diagnosing your hardware problem(s). If you choose to have us fix your problem(s) that fee will be credited towards the first hour of service. If extensive additional work is needed, a technician will contact you before any further work is done. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted and a credit card authorization form must be filled out before any work is started. We do not accept cash or checks.
