Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) outlines prohibited and improper uses of the services, systems, software, tools, and resources provided by Bayshore Interactive, Inc. (“Bayshore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services”).

The examples listed below are not exhaustive. Bayshore may update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by otherwise notifying clients. By using the Services, you agree to the most current version of this Policy. If you violate this Policy—or assist, permit, or encourage others to do so—Bayshore may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services.

 

Prohibited Activities

Users of the Services may NOT, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following activities:

Security Violations

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without explicit written authorization from Bayshore.
  • Breach, bypass, or attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, or access-control mechanisms.
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services or systems you are not expressly authorized to access.

Service Interference & Abuse

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the normal operation of any user, system, device, or network.
    Examples include distributing malware, overloading systems, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing.
  • Access, search, or create accounts for the Services by any unauthorized method, including automated scripts, bots, or “scraping.”
  • Perform actions intended to degrade performance, impact availability, or compromise data integrity.

Unsolicited or Deceptive Activity

  • Send unsolicited communications, advertisements, phishing attempts, promotional messages, or spam through the Services.
  • Send altered, deceptive, forged, or misleading source-identification information, including spoofed emails, IP addresses, or identities.

Unauthorized Commercial Activity

  • Promote, advertise, or market products or services other than your own without proper authorization.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Bayshore’s Services unless you have a written agreement explicitly granting that right.

Illegal, Offensive, or Harmful Content

  • Publish, store, or share materials that are unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or violate applicable regulations.
  • Publish or share content that is unlawfully pornographic, indecent, exploitive, or contains extreme acts of violence.
  • Advocate for or encourage hostility, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Harassment & Abuse

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Bayshore personnel, representatives, subcontractors, or agents performing services on our behalf.
  • Engage in behavior that disrupts Bayshore operations or prevents the delivery of Services.

Privacy Violations

  • Violate the privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights of others.
  • Access, collect, or monitor data or communications not intended for you without authorization.

Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
Violation of any law while using the Services—whether related to cybersecurity, data privacy, intellectual property, communications, or operational conduct—is strictly prohibited.

 

Enforcement

Bayshore reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, Bayshore may take any action it deems appropriate, including without limitation:

  • Issuing warnings or remediation requests
  • Suspending access to certain Services or systems
  • Terminating accounts or service contracts
  • Cooperating with law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Taking legal action where applicable

Where reasonably possible and appropriate, Bayshore will attempt to notify users of a violation prior to taking corrective measures. However, Bayshore may act without notice if the violation poses an immediate risk to systems, networks, data, personnel, or other clients.
