    If you choose to RUN (Recommended)… Please click YES, OK or ALLOW on any prompts.

    You will be asked to click YES to agree to the terms and conditions, please click YES.

    You will be asked for your NAME, COMPANY NAME and PHONE NUMBER. You only need enter your NAME but the more info entered, the more helpful, so our engineers can call you if need be.

After the support session ends you will notice a Bayshore Remote Support icon on your desktop. You can click that any time in the future to initiate a support connection without having to re-download or save a file again.
